Couldn't of been more helpful and pleasant.. So nice to have a cheery face in this department.

Hi Sue

We were visiting Oncology outpatients at City Hospital last Wednesday

Neil not only took charge of a very temperamental wheelchair, but also took time out to help me down to South entrance on departure. Every time we have visited this department in the last two years he always has a cheery outlook. Such a pleasure.
