"I received outstanding service"

About: North Middlesex Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I went in to A&E on Wednesday evening and was greeted by a very empathetic, cheerful and efficient receptionist.

I was seen by a nurse in less than 15 minutes upon arriving. From then on every member of staff I met were extremely accommodating and sympathetic and so very patient with me.

The professionalism of every staff member was of an exceptionally high standard
