Pleasant welcome and booking in.

Seen by very efficient friendly Umtrasound technician.

They explained the whole procedure and put me completely at ease.

Perhaps The pre appointment notes to drink 2 pints of fluid one hour before the procedure could emphasise the fact that it takes 1 hour for the fluid to fill the bladder.

It may help other patients.

The building is stunning and facilities first class.

Well done Barts for showing the NHS at its best.
