What I liked

My 74 year old mother was admitted on janury 11th for an operation to remove a maligant tumour, for my mother this was a scary time but the care she received was fantastic on gray ward the nurses were kind attentive and professional. The operation was performed promptly my mother was kept informed of all procedures and felt in control. I cannot fault NPH or Gray ward thankyou from a forever greatful family - You nurses are a credit to your profession!!!!!!!!

What could be improved

So perhaps the food was not great but you saved my mothers life, now i can feed her!!!!!!!
