I have had two total hip replacements in the past 7 months and the care I have received from the person making my appointments, right through to the SWAT Team in my home, has been exceptional.
The follow up care at Stratford with the Physio team has also been awesome.
Thank you South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust for making the whole experience as pleasant and stress free as you could have done.
