"Hospital feedback"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Far too much paperwork & not enough care & consideration given to patients. I personally would have to be desperate to visit myself . I brought an elderly relative in with a minor injury at 11pm & it took 4 hours for the staff to decide whether she needed a stitch in the injury . The paperwork was never ending . My relative was quite distressed after three hours . She is 84 yrs old . They still hadn't made a decision so I walked out after a very nice nurse whispered to me that it was superficial & would heal . Never again . I wouldn't recommend this hospital A & E to anyone .
