"Faultless"

The staff in children's aae were amazing helping my child they knew exactly what they were doing whilst keeping calm through the process and reassuring me as a mother. They talked me through everything they were doing they entertained my child whilst doing procedures to put her at ease. The nurse who treated us was so kind and did their job like the professional they were all whilst the departments aae play care team kept her entertained with a teddy, a DVD, juice and just trying to keep a smile on her face! Followed by lovely treatment on the children's ward! Amazing loving people round every corner Thankyou for making a frightening moment bearable. You should all be proud of what you do on a daily basis.
