About: Boston Urgent Treatment Centre / Out of hours service

(as the patient),

Phoned 111 answered by Daniel asked questions and booked a out of hrs appointment at pilgrim saw doctor at 8 30 I was worried it was a blood clot she ruled out gout but was unsure about infection advised use of antibiotics and said it was my decision if I wanted a blood test and said 111 should have referred me to a&e

After a considerable wait had a blood test Sat down and waited and waited for results asked receptionist 3 times how mucth longer I would have to wait after midnight

Waited until 1 45 am asked again if doctor or nurse could give me results she said to keep waiting so reluctantly left without getting test results didnt seem to care

Phoned g p in morning at gosberton nurse gave me results

What a poor performance I encountered
