"Walked out poor service eye outpatients"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Appointment changed til 8 15 so arrived and lucky I did as they sent the appointment to my old address and texted my ex wife about my appointment and as we don't get on was bit uncomfortable. told to sit down then overheard reception ringing another department and mentioned my name saying was going to be tough day. Waited til 10 00 then asked if they had forgot me and was told they needed to ring up a different area who would see there manager to try and get me in asap. told to sit down again waited till 10 45 decided had enough and had forget me so walked out.
