(as a relative),

I would like to thank the nursing team in Section 7 at Ayr Hospital for the kind and reassuring manner they showed in supporting my sister during her admission to them today.

As a fellow NHS nurse I know how easy people can critique an experience but I found them all professional, reassuring and ready to listen
