I waited 2 hours for a blood test because 2 haematology clinics were being held when there is usually only one at a time. One member of staff was missing to add to the problem.

We are sorry you have had to raise this with healthwatch but without the specific knowledge of when this occurred it is difficult to comment why you had to wait a long time.

Waits in areas do happen for various reasons. However the staff should keep you updated and informed.

I have passed these comments onto the department to ensure they communicate with patients and relatives.
