"I just wanted to see the dietician"

About: Samuel Johnson Community Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended an appointment on time to see the dietician.

I was in the waiting area for ten mins when a patient was called forward, but they was not present so the dietician then stood at the recepionist area talking to the receptionist about their holiday that they had a nice time and that. The receptionist then went on to moan about patients not attending, and then proceeded to call another two patients in front of me who came in after me I had been waiting 30 mins and still no response. I told the recepionist that im not waiting any longer and left, needless to say with out seeing the dietician. I thought the staff were extreamly rude Ignoring patients and to be honest I really wasnt interested in the receptionists holiday. I just wanted to see the dietician. I think the service at this hospital is shocking.
