(as a carer),

Thank you for making me feel more comfortable while waiting for my partner in your reception area (At your G. B site). Information and posters were informative and organised and the reception area was clear and tidy for a busy area

Please compliment your staff in addressing my observations the previous week and then swift prioritising actions taken.

P. S. It sounds a bit petty, but it would be nicer with a few books, magazines papers etc or even a couple of plants.

The service was the Nottinghamshire personality disorder & development network at the Mandala Centre.

Thank you for your positive feedback. I will certainly pass this on to the staff, who did act upon your feedback promptly.

It is very important to hear how we can improve peoples experiences and since your initial feedback, we have updated posters and leaflets and cleared the area up. We are also awaiting a radio for this area and we are looking at relacing some of the furnishings. We will also look into providing some magazines or other materials.

Once again thank you for taking the time to tell us how we can improve.
