"An unbiased review"

My MRI scan was done on 19th Jan 2016. When I arrived at the clinic the staff didn't explain the procedure which I was apprehensive about instead they gave me a form to fill in. Afterwards I was let through to another room where I was weighed and measured. The changing room was not clean. I wasn't asked if I had any phobias. When the scan was done the staff gave me a leaflet explaining what took place which was too late and assured me that the results will be with my GP within four days. A week later I phone my doctor to get the results and they didn't have it. Waiting another week, still no results. Three weeks have passed I made an appointment with my doctor thinking by now the results are definately in and to my utter surprise they weren't. The last time I was at my GP was on 12th February 2016 and they still haven't received my MRI scan results though they called Inhealth numerous times.
