"Culture changes"

About: Warwick Hospital

Last week I was admitted to Warwick Hospital, after referral from my Dr.

I was seen quite quickly by a Dr and admitted.

After an ex-ray and scan I was soon diagnosed.

The treatment was excellent and the staff were attentive, and caring at all times.

It was seven nights before I was well enough to go home, so in a position to judge.

I was really impressed by the consistent attitude of staff at all levels.

Sadly the porters didn’t come up to scratch.

The nurses had to ring them many times, when I was due to go home, and it took a nurse to go down to their office before they came to collect me, waiting two and half hours.

I saw such an improvement from my last visit in 2011.

Well done to the management for making these important culture changes.
