I recently attended that Good Hope Hospital Urology Department due to having a raised PSA. from the initial consultation appointment through to the biopsy procedure the staff were all wonderful.
They were friendly, helpful, informative and thoroughly professional. Every person from Receptionist to Consultant made the process easy and worry free. At a time of concern about possible cancer the staff made me feel like I was the only person they were dealing with and in doing so made me feel I was someone special.
I would like to thank everyone at the unit for their kindness and professionalism. A truly 5 star service. Thank you.
