What I liked

I amd commenting on behalf of my mother. The initial welcome to the urology surgical ward was very good. The nurses were friendly and helpful. However, the care and kindness of the consultant and his office staff was exceptional. They made significant efforts to make sure that they were able to speak with us face to face about my mother's treatment. They have since follwed up with phone calls etc. Very kind The admin staff at Trafford and Wythenshawe show a similar level of kindness and helpfulness.
