I attended Newark outpatients on Thursday 11th Feb. The receptionist was professional, kind and efficient. The ENT is always professional, efficient and effective. Nothing is to much for them to ensure patients are properly cared for and treated effectively. The service received is second to none and all staff there smile, are happy to help and genuinely care for patients.
