"Excellent service"

I have had to use the Urgent Care Centre at Doctor Piper House twice in the last 6 months, both times as I could not get a GP appointment.

On both occasions I was so impressed by the efficiency and professionalism shown by all levels of staff.

The first visit I had conjunctivitis: i was seen by a member of staff - they explained the condition to me and prescribed appropriate medication - I thought they were very caring and empathetic.

The second time I was seen by another member of staff - I was feeling very poorly and they put me at ease and diagnosed Bronchitis. I felt like this member of staff did not try to rush anything and they were extremely thorough in their questioning and examination.

My experience of this service is first class, I have recovered speedily after both visits and I really appreciate the availability of the the Urgent Care Centre.
