"Really great ward"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

I visited ward 11 Men's surgery and was very impressed because:

*Staff are so professional and caring

*The ward is extremely well run and staff quietly and effectively get on with their job

*There is very warm and cam atmosphere in the ward

*Security is superb

* A rightfully strong emphasis on hand washing is in place

*The ward is kept in extremely clean conduit

I cannot speak too highly of this ward Staff from other hospitals ( e,g Salford Royal ) would benefit from seeing how it can and should be done

The impact of the above is that my grandson loves being on the ward and is being very well cared for and we are highly confident about him being there

Please pass this review onto the ward 11 staff and they thoroughly deserve it
