"Exemplary care and kindness."

My Dad Ron Davies was admitted to Resus last Saturday. He also spent time on MAU before passing away on Pendennis Ward on Monday. Every person we came into contact with - from reception and switchboard staff through to consultants, doctors, nursing staff and bereavement staff - were unfailingly kind, caring and professional to us all. The care my Dad received, particularly on Pendennis Ward, could not be faulted. He was treated with kindness and dignity in a side room, and passed away peacefully. We as a family take such comfort in the knowledge that Dad was cared for in such a way. We will never forget the way he was treated, and also the way we were looked after both during his illness and after his passing.
