"Pathology a disgrace avoid blood tests"

Blood tests ordered by specialist from other hospital. I used out patients London Independent to get the tests done privately.

First occasion tests were taken and not given to my specialist. Nobody informed us that The London Independent does not have encrypted email and faxes information to consultants. This meant my doctor was waiting for results which never arrived. When I queried it I found that it was ' data protection' spurious excuse as anyone can pick up a fax message.

This cost me £200 and wasted time.

Following occasion fax details supplied, blood tests taken and not passed on to specialist.

Direct online help dismissive and unhelpful. They just ignored my question.

Telelephone produced ringing sound for thirty rings without anyone answering.

Email query produced nothing but a form for their BMI card.

Stay away.

Still no test results received by specialist.
