Following the visit to MIU on Wednesday 10th Fbruary 2016, we had an appointment at fracture clinic on Thursday 11th February 2016 at 3pm.
Althought the clinic was running late, the staff apologised for this and they were polite and professional.
My daughter was seen by a consultant who said she needed to have the arm manipulated under general anaestethic, which would have to be done at Kings Mill hospital. They were hoping she could have it done that night or the following morning. They rang through to Kings Mill and they said for us to go there straight away so she could be seen that night.
All staff were kind to us and very professional.
