"Excellent care"

I spent 2 weeks in Preston Hospital and the nurses and staff were absolutely wonderful. Little angels of mercy! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very caring and professional. The Doctors too were very kind and were attentive and involved you in your treatment. I was rather anxious not being used to being in hospital but everyone was so kind and put me at my ease. There were some trainees and they were very special too and I am sure will go on to become lovely nurses.

My only problem was the amount of time I was in hospital. Other patients said the same. I know some were awaiting beds elsewhere but I feel my treatment could have been hurried on a little. I know this is not the fault of the staff on the ward but I think it needs addressing.

But overall a good experience.
