"Poor service."

I turned up to the Rayleigh clinic on a Thursday evening at 7.45 pm. I was told I was too late to be seen yet there was 1 person waiting in the waiting area. The NHS website states it's a walk in open until 8.30!!! It was like the staff couldn't be bothered to see another patient. Then I was told I would have to go to Canvey on Saturday between 11 and 2. I've been to the same place before at a later time and was still seen. Now this means I have to wait to get my contraceptive pill meaning my body is going to be out of sync. I work full time in the city from 8.30-6.00 Monday - Friday so Thursday evenings are all I can do, other than Saturday but how am I meant to get from the area I live to Canvey easily? I never had an issue with the Southend clinic but was told I can no longer go there due to me not living in that area. It's ridiculous!! It's like the NHS doesn't even want to cater for people who work full time hours!
