"Nothing but praise"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

We arrived into the assessment ward after my GP referred us straight in after a routine appointment

My daughter was unwell and we were admitted for three days. The ward was clean and tidy and I was given information sheet on the layout of where everything was. The drs where informative and i was clear on the care plan. Nurses where helpful even though they were busy they would always be available.

One comment which didn't affect care in any way, but i would like to mention is visiting times . Some patients on the ward had around 5-10 visitors and it just got loud and too much- quiet times weren't observed and also visitors weren't asked to leave after 8pm.

Many thanks to all staff
