"The staff were civil."

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

(as the patient),

What I liked

The staff were civil.

What could be improved

The A&E was filthy with blood on the floor. The actual treatment area was in very bad repair. The scope the doctor used fell off the wall onto the floor as it wasn't fastened to the wall properly! The walls were pocked and the whole place was in bad repair. There was one (1) doctor on for a weekend night. Patient privacy wasn't observed.

Anything else?

I will not go to this hospital again unless I hear of major improvements. It was like visiting a hospital in a third world country.
