What I liked
I have been treated at the Royal Sussex Hospital over an 11 month period from February 2009 to January 2010 for a Hepatitis B viral infection in my liver. The staff have been 100% supportive, courteous and friendly at all times. I had a biopsy in March 2009 and the procedure could not have been easier, nor could I have asked for more information or doctor/nursing support. Subsequently I was put on a 10 month period of interferon treatment ... and again the level of support I received was exceptional. MANY MANY THANKS!!
What could be improved
I think the only thing that I would ask to be improved, for treatment over a period, is to receive a printed update of progress. I am sure this is available from the computerised systems that are used.
