"Dental. Tooth extraction"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

Over the last couple of months I have had some serious dental issues. I was referred to East Grinstead hospital by a local dentist; a dentist in which I had limited confidence. Today I had the first of four teeth extracted following an earlier consultation, and a couple of visits to the minor injuries unit for pain relief. I have been so impressed with the service I have received throughout this process, and in particular with the dentist that performed the procedure. I cannot recommend highly enough the dental service, and indeed the overall service I have received at the Queen Victoria Hospital. Chris

Dear Mr de Havas

Thank you for your recommendation, we are always pleased to receive such feedback. It is very rewarding for our staff to know that we have met patients expectations and such comments mean a great deal to staff as they strive to give quality care to patients.

Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the staff in our minor injuries unit and maxillofacial unit who I know will want me to thank you on their behalf for your kind words.

Once again thank you for sharing your experience and we wish you the very best with your future dental treatment.

Kind regards,

Nicolle Ferguson, Patient Experience Manager
