"First consultation visit"

This was the first time I've been to this hospital, I'm fortunate that I haven't had the need to be treated in hospital since the birth of my daughter 30 years ago! I was somewhat apprehsive but I found the experience quite pleasant despite my fears! The place is small and not overwhelming, the staff very friendly and informal. I won't be worried when I come back for my small procedure!!
