i attended rowley hall as a private patient for knee arthroscopy on both knees a mouth apart
i found the admin very bad getting hold of information having to call up to 3 times to chase them up also with email had to keep on at them to get the information i needed
the first opp was booked to arrive at 12 i did not go in until around 16:00 i had to wait in a small conservatoire with vending machines no tv radio and every one using the machines form delivery men to work men not the best when i had not eaten all-day due to the opp not what i expected from a private hospital
the hands on staff seemed to be very nice opp seemed to go ok i was out a few hours later
the second opp was much the same with the wait admin hard to get a responses from gut i had a problem with my right knee not healing as it should lot of fluid running out attended the nurse several times to get it re dressed as soon as it healed the fluid stayed on my knee swelling up and was very painful the consultant drained my knee gave me an appointment for the following Friday
on the night the consultant drained my knee it swelled back up and was most painful i called the hospital but was told i could not see anyone till the next appointment in 5 days i went to the a&e but they would not look at it as i had the opp on private so 7 days of pain waiting to go back to see the consultant
now have reservations on using my health care for anything else
