"Hospital feedback"

I recently went for a blood test where other requests were made in addition to the standard blood tests. however on collecting a copy of my results from my GP surgery I found that these tests have not been carried out despite pointing them out to the phlebotomist taking the blood so they were aware as there was no reception to make labels.

I am now waiting to find out if I have to have another blood test and may have to take more time off work to get to the hospital before they close as it takes an hour to get home
