What I liked

I am only 14 and I was sent to hospital with suspected phnumonea when I was 13. I was in agony. When I arived I was given a weelchair to help me up to the ward as i felt week and could only take in small breathes. I was placed in a bed within an hour- still in pain.

What could be improved

After being checked over multiple times buy different people, asked the same questions over and over again I had been in hours. I was prescribes medicin and told I would have it soon i lay and tryed to sleep to get out of pain. I was later unexpectedly discharged at 11:00 at night!!! I wasn't given a weelchair and the doors wer locked so the back door had to he used. The car was far away and it was pouring down raining!! No-one offered to help us even though i was crying i was in so much pain.

Just whant to say thanx to the doctor who sent me to hospital in the first place!! thnxx
