"The lovely ward clerk/receptionist on 10a"

About: Southport & Formby District General Hospital

I would like to thank the ward clerk/receptionist for their professionalism (not) when I went to visit my dad on 9-2-16 at 17:15hrs.

Rolling their eyes and having a blank look on their face when I asked where he was really made me feel he was well cared for (I don't think so).

Although he had been rushed to hospital by his GP because of his heart and on arrival he had to wait several hours to been seen by a doctor, leaving him sitting on a trolley with no bedding

I thought was disgraceful.

Having heard this ward was not the best I am now in agreement.
