"shockingly poor"

About: Burnley General Hospital

My friend attended urgent care at 5am after drinking a large quantity of cleaning products.

she has serious mental illness and went asking for help which is a massive thing for her as she struggles with communicating her emotions and feelings. She was told nobody could see her until 8am.

In my opinion someone who had drank chemicals should be seen straight away especially if they have previous history of mental illness.

she left straight away and will now not seek help as she feels let down and like she wasted their time.
