"Good work under difficult conditions"

My partner has been in there for some considerable time now, at first in Cherrywood , then in Willow suite, she has not been the easiest of patients but the staff have shown great patience. Like the NHS in general it seems to be underfunded . The staff seem to rise above most of the problems,with great professionalism, She does seem a lot better now though still has a few problems, I certainly am grateful for what the hospital has tried to do , and has done. i do have a couple of niggles. Apparently there is no hot water in the rooms for safety reasons, my partner has disabilities which makes her frightened to bath alone, but she doesn`t want help from staff, but they wont let me help her.She is supposed to have a 1-1 with a nurse every day, but that rarely happens , I suspect undermanning for that,, she sometimes has difficultie getting the help she needs whith physical problems...All in all thoiugh I say a good job despite the hard conditions the whole NHS has experienced over the last 5-6 years,
