I attended the A&E department of this hospital. The paramedics who came to my house were very thorough, I can't recall their names but they were truly fantastic, they were very friendly and treated me with a lot of respect and were very patient when I was coming to from my seizure. When I got to A&E I was assessed by a few members of staff but one nurse stood out in particular, the nurse made me feel instantly at ease and really took time to listen to what I had to say, while making sure I had a bed and was comfortable when I went to CDU. All members of the team explained with a lot of patience how this event may have an impact on my day to day life and when to request their services again. The hospital was clean and tidy and everyone worked together very well, their communication with each other and myself was very good. I know if in the unfortunate event I do have to go to hospital again I will be in safe and capable hands, well done to all the team at Heartlands!
"Fantastic clinicians!"
