I have always had a pleasant experience in outpatients with the surgeon. The hospital is clean and in a good condition.
However, I have been waiting 26 weeks for an operation. This to me isn't good enough. The secretary has even said they can't even indicate when my operation will be! I will be exercising my right to treatment within 18 weeks. Members of staff fail to see that it is someone's life on hold as they wait for major surgery.
"Waiting times are a disgrace"
