"Waiting times are a disgrace"

About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

I have always had a pleasant experience in outpatients with the surgeon. The hospital is clean and in a good condition.

However, I have been waiting 26 weeks for an operation. This to me isn't good enough. The secretary has even said they can't even indicate when my operation will be! I will be exercising my right to treatment within 18 weeks. Members of staff fail to see that it is someone's life on hold as they wait for major surgery.

I am sorry to hear that you are waiting for your surgery date. Can I ask that you contact me on 0121 685 4226 to see if there is anything I can do to assist you?

Kind Regards
