Generally very good an thorough but some blood tests seem to have been done after invasive procedures. Maybe all the blood test should have been done first to rule things out earlier. Also at no point was hormone levels checked, I now find as this may be a problem over 1 year down the line. A full set of blood tests may have highlighted this earlier and would have been done by the doctor.
Staff helpful and friendly. Waiting time of up to 2 hours but understandable at times. Thank you to the nurse that held my hand. Personal touches good and make are feel as if not just a number. Although people moan about the NHS. What would we do without it! Thanks.
