"Awful service from all staff, unhelpful &rude"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

The patient care at this hospital is non existent, right from phoning the switchboard there is clearly no training how to be professional, you have to wait over 3 hours to find out where your relative is or progress and then they still can't find the patient........this is suppose to be a hospital!!

When the staff do answer the phone they continue their conversation with each other and then hang up when you ask a question!!

When you call complaints they are no help, one member of staff was rude and totally unprofessional with a din't care attitude, not what you expect from a hospital.

If you phone PALs as they call it you are suppose to know what this means Patient Admission Line ( I assume) you only get a recorded message, if they do call you back its over 2 hours later and they they don't have a clue why they phoned you, who you are and let alone tell you where the patient is.......

I do hope I never have cause to be admitted to this hospital.
