"Excellent care provided at St George's"

I very recently needed an urgent appointment at the breast surgery outpatient department/Rose Centre.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough. I was treated with courtesy, kindness, and given any information that I requested with regard to my treatment, with extreme sensitivity. I came away feeling exceedingly confident in the staff and my future care at your excellent hospital.

However, on the same day, and as I had another 'problem' it was suggested that I visit the Lanesborough Wing.

Again the staff were wonderful.

One particular member of staff pulled out all stops to get me an almost immediate appointment, after I had been let down administratively very badly at my local hospital.

It doesn't matter how good the staff are if the admin does not back this up - as in the case of my local hospital.

Again St George's scored very highly on this.
