What I liked
Nothing.
Today went for my 20 week scan
Was not told sex of baby as i had not asked at beginning of the scan was told she did not look if not asked at the beginning but refused to have another look to see if anything could be seen was spoken to in a very unfriendly, offhand and dismissive manner. Was also told i could have no more than two photos although as i pay for these and at my twelve week scan i got twelve with no bother i cannot understand the problem.
What could be improved
Having a better attitude when talking to patients not being so offhand and dissmissive
Anything else?
Attitude of the sonographer totally spoilt what should of been a special day to me
