I had two appointments that morning. Because I live a long way away I arrived with plenty of time to spare. The receptionist was most welcoming and extremely helpful. Staff arranged for my first appointment immediately without waiting time. I then had about 3/4 hours left till my second appointment. Very helpful liaison meant that I was seen early for that appointment. So instead of sitting around for an hour or so I was seen for both appointments without delay. Congratulations for being so flexible. People could not have been more helpful. What an efficient way to run a hospital. Thank you, Skipton.
