"Outstanding care and service ..."

My 9 year old daughter recently had an operation on her nose, which was a painful and sensitive area.

The team were excellent, looking after us both and giving much care and attention.

The nurses gave her an I-pad to play games on while she was waiting for the anaesthetic to work and during the procedure to distract her.

They totally engaged with her, giving her reassurance throughout ... and with a sense of humour, at appropriate times which made us feel relaxed.

The doctor's skill resulted in a very successful procedure, with my daughter now having returned to her happy, confident self.

We cannot thank the Dermatology Team enough for their love and care during a challenging time.
