"Satisfactory treatment but waiting time hard to..."

Waiting for 4 1/2 hours gets painful when you are presenting with injuries after a fall, and it is also stressful not knowing how long you will have to wait. When I finally got seen I was satisfied with the treatment, but I just think there should be more staff.
