"Review of the medical staff ent ward 19"

My daughter had her op in ent on the 2nd of Feb. I would just like to leave a review of the medical staff who were in every way excellent. The doctors gave very clear explanations and were very friendly and the nurses and the porters were just amazing, chatty and helpful and so reassuring. My daughter and ourselves as parents were very much looked after.

Though the system is clearly failing with appointments being cancelled all over the place and constant bed shortages and delays the medical staff cannot be faulted, they excel themselves.

Thanks to all the staff we dealt with on ward 19 2nd-3rd Feb, you were amazing.
