What I liked

I was admitted to the day care unit for an operation and my experience was good from entering the ward to leaving it late the following evening after a few complications. My consultant went above and beyond the call of duty they visited me at least 5 or 6 times over the 24 hrs, the nursing and housekeeping staff were superb. nothing was a bother, they were extremely busy due to the snow but always were professional and kind.

What could be improved

They coud have done with more help over really busy times
