I was due in today at 1.50 assuming this would be a visit like the rest I didn't expect to be seen till at least 2.30. after letting them know I was there less than 5 minutes later I was called through where I was seen by a lovely person who looked after me and clearly understood I didn't want to be in there all day, I was in and out within a hour. I was very happy with my visit today! thank you!! :D
