"Staff were unhelpful"

About: University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust

I went to hospital with eyes problem (flashes, strong pain) Doctor checked my eyes and said "nothing to worries" (no treatment). After week I see in my eyes floaters (still pain and flashes) Doctor said "why you are coming again, you had properly checked eyes?". Doctor did not try understand what I see, did not asked me for example - can you paint what you see, just said "I do not know what you see" I asked for scan any treatment - no scan no treatment, because do not see in my eyes nothing. After month blurred vision, rays from any lights - visible most at night, white blood cells, more floaters. Appointment to GP - GP send referral to clinic - waiting for any letter about 2 months for any scan any blood test. Now when I need help I am alone.
