What could be improved

Could have seen the Consultant as delayed appointment especially to see him due to him knowing full history.

person I did see should listen and consult notes as had problem years so was already doing what they suggested.

Nurse who promised to sort out follow up appt in two weeks ensuring it was with consultant should have done that but didnt.
